We provide an easy Excel/CSV import tool. Simply download our template from the 'Settings' tab, paste your student/teacher data, and upload. Our system will automatically map the fields and create accounts instantly.
MomiRoach provides instant PDF result generation for students and parents through dedicated apps. Once a teacher publishes grades, they are instantly visible on the Parent Portal.
You can use the 'Recover Password' link on the login page. An automated reset link will be sent to your registered email. Head Admins can also manually reset staff passwords from the dashboard.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase R-BAC protection to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information. Data is backed up daily.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement of Service

By registering your institute with MomiRoach, you agree to provide accurate school and owner information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide fraudulent documentation or engage in unauthorized system scraping.

2. Data Ownership

You remain the sole owner of all data uploaded to MomiRoach. We do not sell, share, or analyze your student or financial records for any purposes outside of providing the service itself. You can request a full data export at any time.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Failure to clear dues within the 3-day grace period will result in a temporary suspension of the dashboard until the payment is cleared.

4. Fair Usage Policy

MomiRoach is designed for educational use. Users must not use the platform to store non-educational files or distribute malware. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our dashboard will result in immediate legal action.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of our registered headquarters' jurisdiction.
