Getting Started

Welcome to MomiRoach. Our platform is designed to be intuitive, but follow these steps to ensure your institute is configured correctly for the first time.

1. Account Setup

Once you register your institute, navigate to the Profile Settings. Ensure your school's full name, logo, and contact details are correct. These details will appear on all generated Fee Challans and Result Cards.

Pro Tip: Upload a high-resolution PNG logo with a transparent background for the most professional-looking documents.

2. Creating Sessions

Define your current academic year (e.g., 2026-2027) in the Session Manager. All records are categorized by sessions for easy historical tracking.

Student Management

The core of MomiRoach is its robust student database. You can manage everything from admission to alumni status here.

Bulk Import

Don't add students one by one. Use our CSV Import tool. Download the Excel template, fill in your student data, and upload it back to add thousands of records in seconds.

Digital ID Cards

Once students are added, the system automatically generates a unique QR-coded Digital ID card for every student. You can print these in bulk from the Reports tab.

Attendance & Biometrics

MomiRoach supports Manual, RFID, and Biometric attendance systems.

Setting up Biometrics

Connect your ZKTeco or compatible hardware to our MomiSync desktop utility. This tool bridges your local hardware with our cloud database to provide real-time attendance alerts to parents.

Automated SMS: You can enable 'Instant Alerts' so parents receive an SMS the exact moment a student scans their thumb or card at the gate.

Fee Management

Manage fee structures, discounts, and arrears with ease.

Challan Generation

Generate monthly challans with a single click. The system automatically calculates Late Fine if the due date has passed. You can print 3-copy challans (Bank, School, Student) or 2-copy challans.

Partial Payments

The system supports partial payments. If a student pays half the amount, the remaining balance is automatically carried forward as Arrears to the next month.

Exams & Grading

Create Exams, define subjects, and enter marks to generate professional report cards.

Automated Rankings

Once marks are entered, the system automatically calculates percentages, grades (A+, B, etc.), and Class Positions. You no longer need to manually figure out who came 1st or 2nd.
